A sensory journey that goes to discover the origins of the vine to the correct interpretation. Prepare to taste three different types of Refosco.
Accompanying us on this experience will be the agronomist Willj Mikac and the sommelier Pierpaolo Lotto , who will guide us in the tasting of three expressions of Refosco, each with its own distinctive identity given by the different origins:
• Eastern Hills
• Lower Friuli (Aquileia)
• Croatian Istria
To conclude the evening, a delicious risotto with radicchio and speck will be served, prepared by our member and chef Vincenzo.
It will be a unique opportunity to deepen your knowledge of a great wine and share the pleasure of tasting it.
